I noticed when I was playing around with freecam that it’s possible to read the report Hugo has in hand when he meets with Anabella in Ran’dellah. It seems to be missing a word — I’ve guessed ‘seek’ — but otherwise the text reads as follows:

It appears the man we [seek] is not the selfsame Cidolfus Telamon who once served as Lord Commander of the Royal Waloeder Army, but in fact one Clive Rosfield — eldest son of the late Elwin Rosfield, archduke to Rosaria before imperial occupation. I shall further my pursuit of the pretender until it has been determined where he is and he and his co-conspirators are garrisoned, at which time I shall report again.
