‘Magnificent Confession’ (Hwang’hol-han Gobaek) is the song Soo-ho has playing on Young-ro’s radio when he strides in to find all hell breaking loose as Gyeok-chan threatens to shoot Cheong-ya in EP07.
The song, sung by 80s icon Yoon Soo-Il, is famous enough to be recognizable even to younger generations. The upbeat tempo and powerful instrumentation of this 80s anthem make it the perfect ‘sound smokescreen’ for Soo-ho to use to undermine the ANSP’s wire-tapping.
